Lakers Question Lonzo Ball's BBB Shoes Due To Frequent Ankle Injuries

Post#1 » by RealGM Wiretap » Sat Mar 23, 2019 11:32 pm

The Los Angeles Lakers questioned Lonzo Ball whether his Big Baller Brand shoes were the cause of his ankle injuries.

"Yeah, they talked to me. They asked me about it, and I told 'em, 'I feel comfortable. If I wasn't comfortable, I wouldn't play in 'em. If I didn't play in [his signature BBB shoes], I'd play in Kobe [Bryant's signature Nike shoe]. I work out in [LeBron James' signature Nike shoe], but that's because they're heavier," said Ball.

Ball has suffered 3 separate ankle injuries in 2 seasons.

Ball recently severed ties with the co-founder of Big Baller Brand.

Man you can’t make this stuff up. I actually miss his dad. Lavar is great comedy in very small doses.

Ok but what is he supposed to say? "Oh yeah my shoes are ****. My ankle injuries are totally my fault. Go ahead and dock my salary."

This is clever on the Lakers' part. If they can use this as leverage in any way, perhaps they can regain control of the situation with his dbag dad and even shop him off for parts he the rebuild

Great comedy for us, he slowly destroys his son's career though. Now i just feel sorry for Lonzo. The only thing that's missing is some other shady collaborator of Lavar having a relationship with Lonzo's girlfriend.Trifecta.

He needs to get a hold of Steph Curry and see how he overcame his ankle issues early in his career.

The ankle injuries are actually just karma for naming a company “Big Baller Brand”

Steph changed his regimen to focus almost entirely on core strength and balance. It's a big reason why he can take any shot in "rhythm". I think the article where he explained the shift was in ESPN the magazine.

EDIT: Nice sig
