After returning for Game 2 of the LA Clippers first round series against the Dallas Mavericks, Kawhi Leonard also played in Game 3. However, Leonard said his right knee is still giving him some issues.

When asked about his knee, Leonard said that it "just didn't respond the way we wanted" after he returned for Game 2 of the series. Leonard said he still plans to play in Game 4.

"Yeah," Leonard said about playing on Sunday afternoon. "Right now, I'll see [how it feels] tomorrow. But I want to play."

The Clippers lost Game 3 in Dallas. That gave the Mavericks a 2-1 series lead. Game 4 is Sunday at 3:30 PM ET.

you keep paying this guy for no reason. having him on your team is like drinking spoiled milk. you can do it but why. Clippers will probably give him another max because they are stupid and dont know how to build a team. Their so scared to be bad again that they throw bad money at these washed up players get him out the nba go make money in china and get lost

Yup, and now you know why he was quick to extend.

Ballmer is a fukin moron should've let him test the market or just let him go. Kawhi ain't leaving LA, he wants to retire there, he's probably willing to accept a lowball offer rather than go to another city, Ballmer as always got suckered and jumped the gun for no reason at all.

The Clippers are going to be a team of depreciating assets starting next season. If they throw a max extension at PG13 then they will be a perpetual 4-6 seed in WC for 2-3 more seasons

That sounds optimistic. Kawhi will turn 33 over the summer and just had his healthiest season in 7 years,. LAC also has a 35yo HOF PG coming off the bench on a minimum deal, PG13 turns 34 in four days and Harden turns 35 over the summer..... and the West is deeep.

If everything breaks right, LAC could be the #1 seed next April... but I would put money on the play-in!
