Chris Finch is feared to have a torn patellar tendon in his knee, sources told Shams Charania of The Athletic.


Finch suffered the injury during a collision late in the Timberwolves' win in Game 4.


The Timberwolves swept the Suns in the first round.

Huge loss but he can still coach holding crutches or in a wheelchair.

You need the surgery within about ~48 hours or you risk a debilitating injury. Torn Patella means you can't move your leg below the knee cap. After the surgery you are in a straightener brace (full leg).

The swelling will be completely insane. Unlikely he can coach for a couple of weeks.
