The Baltimore Ravens received multiple offers for their first-round pick before using it on cornerback Nate Wiggins.
According to a report, the Ravens had eight offers for the No. 30 pick.
Baltimore general manager Eric DeCosta said the team identified Wiggins as a target early in the draft process.
\"For us, it was always, \'If Nate [is] there, we [are] going to pick,\'\" DeCosta said. \"In our opinion, [he\'s] a guy that can be a true shutdown-type corner.\"
