When they PM me to ask about this, it shows me they did not read the policy and thus do not understand the rules of the Forum.

It makes me shake my head everytime and unfortunately after a good period of appeals, things have gone downhill because Users just do not read the policy.

I have no problems with questions but please don't let me know that you did not read the policy. It's not a good idea for your appeal.

Are you an accountant? Or an attorney who makes a living by subjecting himself to details that are dead ends and speedbumps to living a normal life? Is your profession built on a highly developed capacity to endure boredom?

Americans have clicked "I have read and I agree" to billions of terms & conditions they are too sane to look at. Have wisely ignored billions of envelopes and emails that trumpet "Important Information on Your ...."

More and more businesspeople and marketers are learning that the system must adapt to human nature. Not people learning to absorb and follow the policies, the terms & conditions. Makes my skin crawl to think about it.
