To be fair, they (the city) own the building so it's not like a normal thing where the city is paying to improve an asset owned by someone else.

They're adding to the lower bowl. From the picture it looks like they're extending some of the lower bowl sections all the way up to where the first level of suites begin. Currently those sections have a walkway between section end and the first level of suites.

right, but are they removing 2500 from upper to balance? perhaps removing upper seats for more of an open area/other cool stuff/bars/food, but adding 2500 to keep 19k? or are we increasing overall capacity to 22k?

Oh got your point, yeah, no idea if they're subtracting upstairs to add amenities. If I had to guess though, I think it'll probably be close to that 22K number.

We've only won 3 games since we beat the Wizards. And two of those wins were by 3pts or less.

So yeah, it's been a struggle.

I don't understand why the owners keep doing nothing though. Are we just waiting for the offseason to do something?
