draw cartoon picture of dark skinned male basketball player, clean shaven with average length dread locked hair, wearing a charlotte basketball singlet, wearing a beret, playing basketball on a basketball court for Charlotte but shooting a brick at the ring

i originally asked for him smoking a cigarette as well but he was flagged as inappropriate

Cliff thinks he's the best defender on the team and one of the best in the league.

I don't mind him as wing or poa defendef. He just can't be the sole creator in a 2nd unit. That's a disaster.

Yep, delusional Clifford wanted this guy, and pathetic Mitch rolled over in his hammock, stopped puffing his doobie, and said…”whatever coach”.
I continue to wait...and hope...for the return to Hornet's glory.

He very well could be a top notch defender, it's probably the only reason he's still in the league.

But him being one of Cliff's guys is scary, because Frank isn't' good at anything else. Or at least hasn't been thus far in his career.

Cody brings everything Ntilikina does on defense and he actually has some offense skill. We really need him to get that knee right, I don't want to watch Ntilikina play anything but garbage minutes.

I dont think I will like Frank playing too much. Is Maledon coming back soon? Martin? What's going on......

If Frank is going to play awesome defense he will be on the floor just like we had DSj on the floor last year. We can supplment playmaking with Hayward, Rozier, Martin playing with second units.

I am more worried about his shooting being good enough to stay on floor, but then again DSj couldn't shoot at all.

Isn't it illegal for an NBA team's backup PG to even be a mediocre shooter? I thought there was a law against it.

Maybe it's only here.

DSJ shot the ball really well before he got hurt last year and then he didn't shoot worth a darn after that.

So far, Frank has made DSJ look like Steph in comparison lol.

Bro, no lol.

DSJ shot 41.2% from field, 21.6% from 3 for an efg% of 43.8%.

3p% by month.
October 44.4% in 7 games.
November 16.7% in 8 games.
Jan. 0.38% in 15 games
Feb 27.3% in 11 games
March 21.2% in 13 games

anything outside of 3 feet he was bottom 5% in the NBA in efficiency.

Frank isn't any better 25.4% from 3, 42.8% efg%.

Idk if this is the Hornets theory, but this is where I have landed.

With a healthy LaMelo, he will play 34+ mpg. Meaning we are looking for a guy to play 10-15 mpg as a backup pg.
DSJ played 25.7 mpg last year, because Melo was hurt. Frank played 13 mpg for Dallas.
Frank+ 1 of Rozier/Hayward is probably suitable on offense and his defense could be a plus.

In the case LaMelo misses extended period of time. Let's be honest, we probably are a bad team.
If that is the case I would rather just give Nick Smith Jr the starting job and let him figure it out because we are losing games regardless. That is a better alternative than losing and trying to skim by with a Shake Milton or Aaron Holiday level talent.

if Hayward could play 60 games, it would be fine, he'd be a great general for the bench. I just don't see Mr Foot Soreness playing more than 40 games.
