Hell I think even all of us on here knew thats what was going on. Can't fault him for trying though.

Playing the "Let's hold an uncharacteristically random press conference the day before the draft to walk back previous statements that we're drafting for need and instead publicly declare our indecisiveness and love for the other prospect too" card

Gonna assume that quote is referencing starchild Scoot. I excluded all foreign born draftees and NSJ.

We locked the 2023 Draft Prospect thread but I was reading through it.

Kinda crazy how many posters were all in on taking Anthony Black 2nd.

s/o to JMAC3 for the Jaime Jaquez pick

So far my favorite rooks from this draft are doing fairly well.

Craig Porter JR - just signed a 4 year deal with the hotest team in the league CAVS *I rated him the BEST PG in this class over Scoot*

Jalen Wilson - Starting to play well with the Nets

Andre Jackson - Gets quality minutes on a team expected to contend for the chip.

Tears. Great tribute to Craig Porter JR. So glad for his success. He seems like such a nice chill dude. He lead his team in pts, rebs, stls, ass, and blks. Hope he continues to grind and achieve.
