I understand that, but Randle is a allstar. He is a better player and he helps us with our rebounding issue. If Melo goes down we have a guy who can be counted on to play like an actual allstar.

Love Bridges, but he is not that kind of player.

Why are the Knicks giving away the better player here?

Not sure this really fixes much of the Hornets issues.

He's also recovering from shoulder surgery. Has a ton of Miles on his body, and will be more expensive. I'll pass. Knicks wouldn't do it anyway.

He probably helps us in a vacuum yes, but I don't think he fixes many of our issues such as defense, three point shooting... esp when you are subtracting Bridges. I wouldn't be mad at the move just think I would look to do something else.

I'd rather try to get Eason here with this year's pick. He just make too much sense for the Hornets, even with Grant.

As much as i like Mobley (and i think he will bounce back nicely), it makes no chance to overpay for a player you could have drafted. Houston has much more assets, i tend to think Eason could be gotten for a reasonable price (not talking about some of their fans who are expecting ridiculous offers for whoever they can't keep, which is Eason's case).

Real price is next year though, i really hope Hornets try to land a top pick next year. Too many high potential to mess up.

trading a top 6 pick for a player who isn't even in his team's rotation is one of the crazier ideas i've seen in a while. if we like eason, i'm sure we can get him for less than a top 6 pick, no matter how weak this draft is supposed to be.

Mobley will be a restricted free agent and get maxed on talent alone. I could see Allen but trading a top 5 pick and Mark williams for him is wild. It's the nba draft not the g league draft. You guys are acting like this is the worst draft ever. It's wild to me.
