Been saying it from the day he got here. He's a 60/40 player. 60% of what he does is great, but 40% is horrible and ends up costing us dearly. I like the kid, but man, grow a freaking brain.

ARRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Then see the next question, which is, what does the hell does that even mean? Are you complaining that Brown tries to take over the game too much? Uh, that doesn't exactly happen all the time. It rarely happens at all.

More so his decision-making then anything else. He makes atleast one boneheaded play a game. I haven't seen anyone who regularly has the mental lapses that Brown has. He dribbled the air out of the ball on that final play after making the worst inbounds pass I have ever seen.

There is not a player on this team that does not make at least 1 bone headed play every game. It's not just Shannon. Actually, I dont think there is a player in the entire NBA who plays more than 5 minutes/game that doesn't make at least 1 bone headed play every game. This one just came tonight at a crucial time, and it just stands out to us and everyone is pissed about losing a game we should have won.

Ohara, this thread has knee jerk reaction written all over it. What's up with the rationality?

60/40 - which is still better than Twiggy, who was 30/70

But he plays out of control every game. It makes no sense.

Agreed. I don't hate Shannon. He has a lot of potential and has shown flashes of brillance. Overall, he just seems like one of those players that doesn't get it. Same mistakes over and over. I'm still in favor of bringing him back next season.

Forgive me. I'm just melancholy and discouraged after this loss. Just reflective on what might have been had we not lost Crash for the past few games and the next few as well. We had it going strong, and now we are as weak as popcorn farts. Now Bell out for a while. What more can happen to us? (Dare I ask that question?)

Shannon is fun to watch but you know when he makes a really great play, there's a really bad play coming up. I see why LB keeps him on a short leash. He's got a lot of talent but super low basketball iq.

He's another "if only" player coming off the bench. The team has too many of those right now. We need guys who can get the job done.

Looking at how important GW is to the team. How good would we be if only we had another player of his caliber.

GW is obviously very important to this team. But I think one could make the case that any of our other starters are just as important as GW. This team has no depth what-so-ever.

Good point. IMO this would be the order of importance for our starters:

1. Emeka
2. GW
3. Boris
4. Bell or Felton b/c DJ can pick up the slack for either one.
