Now they wanna gloat after beating them in a much less meaningful game. To each their own I guess
A game that counts towards playoff positioning is less meaningful than a game that does nothing for anyone but end of bench guys that are making close to the league minimum.
Very interdasting
I don't even care about which game is meaningful vs which isn't, I just think its hilarious that because the team lost a game months ago, that it somehow means the media team is not allowed to goof around and have fun.
Oh for sure, even if this was game 82, Indiana was 0-81 going in and they did this, it would be hilarious. Same if it was flipped.
I'm just enjoying hearing how Indiana did this because they were hurt from losing a serious game against the Lakers, which, I initially, and apparently, incorrectly assumed was the finals decades ago.
But then, to hear that the NBA "Cup" was the serious game and somehow more meaningful, just hilarious.
Wish more NBA arenas would do stuff like this tbh. NHL sides typically poke fun at the visitors.
