The idea Kobe would play differently today now is silly anyway, as people explained. He tried plenty to develop a better 3 ball for eg, he just couldn't.

Ant's overall playoff stats still compares favourably to Kobe.

His prime might have started as early as 07, but he hit another level in 09.

And? Where’s the Devin Booker/Kobe comparison when he average 33.7 on 68.6% TS? That is in the midst of his point guard being injured (again) and his center throwing a bitch fit every other game.

Point is, a couple nice rounds don’t get in the legendary status.
