Classic example of someone who's antics outpace his talent. No room in the league for this fool. Combined with refusing to answer questions unless the reporter is subscribed to his podcast, he's become more of a headache than an asset.

And even if he were some amazing on court contributor this **** would not have been acceptable. That he likely realizes this was his last league grasp, or that he probably blew his last one out of the water, and doesn't care confirms who he is when there's no incentive for him to be decent.

Hmm that should be decent fine and suspension. That was well over the line.

True story:

I used to cover/recap Jeremy Lin games on YouTube for years.

Because of that I had built up a "Lin fan" following on one of my Twitter accounts.

Lin and Beverly played together in Houston and sometimes Beverley would take Lin's minutes, which made the Lin fans mad.

One of the guys that followed me used to complain about this all the time and he would tag PBev and whine about it too.

One day out of the blue PBev just tore that Lin fan up on Twitter because he was sick of being tagged and the whining.

One of the funniest things I've ever seen.

Bev just has to remember to keep the fan responses to places like Twitter. Passion is good but you don't want people like that woman to get caught in the midst of you and a taunting goofball.

I've seen a lot of journos on my timeline criticizing Beverley today but last night when it happened all those present in the room kept asking questions as if nothing happened when they could and should have all walked out but they're all spineless twats. They dont even realize the power they hold over a guy like Beverley, he's a huge attention whore, without the medias all this attention is gone.

Fans taunt. That is what they do. As long as it’s nothing inappropriate, that’s perfectly fine.

You can’t do what Bev did. Everyone knows that. Bev knows that. He just lost his cool in what must have been a frustrating game. He will get suspended 5 or so games I am guessing. We will see if he is even on a roster to serve that suspension.

I hope the league fines him for the podcast thing. If you have a media pass to be there, you should have access to the players.

The ball thrown at the fan is inappropriate and should also draw a fine, but the league should listen and look into whatever those fans were doing too. I don’t have a lot of doubt about fans being nasty and inappropriate.

I personally love this. I'm sorry the lady got hit for no reason, but that dude was probably saying something crazy and we all know it was probably race related. Even Reggie Miller said Indiana fans can be racist.

If you gonna talk crazy then don't get scared when players react. I wish Pat would have went into the stands and looked him in the face. I bet that fan would have cried.

As far as the post game interview that was just a bad look. Pat got big headed because of his podcast. Dude just looked like a clown with that.
