don't know if it's the best but i guess they have a bit of an advantage with it being so new (2019) but this is a summary of the pistons' facility:

The Detroit Pistons today opened the Henry Ford Detroit Pistons Performance Center, a $90 million state-of-the-art training center and corporate headquarters in the New Center area of Detroit. Designed as a community hub, the new 185,000 square-foot facility is the largest of its kind in the NBA and anchors a multi-use development that is transforming the neighborhood and attracting additional investment. Connected to the $37 million William Clay Ford Center for Athletic Medicine, the performance center will feature publicly accessible grocery, food, fitness and retail amenities, and an inviting streetscape that promotes walkability and community engagement.

and btw i know the natural lighting in the rockets' facility looks good but i've been in gyms with windows like that and i can tell you it's a huge pain when you're going for a jumper and the sun is right in your eyes!

The Lakers practice facility is super nice. I've seen a couple South Bay Lakers games there.

Lakers with the retired numbers. The championship trophies over the court is pretty epic. They shout a lot of backstage Lakers there on the local Lakers channel

Problem with the Rockets facility is that it's super small. There's barely any space on the sidelines. Plus it's inside the Toyota Center, which proves that the former owner (Les Alexander) was cheap and decided to build the practice facility in the same building as the arena in order to save costs. Most other teams have a separate practice facility with a much bigger space.

The Magic just opened a 130,000-square-foot practice facility adjacent to the Amway Center.

The Jazz's facilities underwent renovations not long ago.

I hate to be a buzz kill but any of the practice facilities built in the last 5 years are almost identical

Call me crazy but from the photos I actually like Houston's gym. It has that old school feel with natural light coming in. I'd rather practice there during the day with the sun out than in some high tech gym with no natural light.

This thread would be great if Sterling still owned a team because he'd rent out the Y 2x a week and pay for 24 hour fitness passes for players

Charlotte's practice facility is bolted onto the arena and is pretty unimpressive, not sure much has been done with it since the stadium was built other than adding Hornets branding. The city council just approved a new facility across the street so that should be coming in a couple years.

Can they be that bad if they can host an entire Summer League in their practice facility
Aaron Gordon, Devin Booker, Tyrese Halliburton, Trae Young, Anthony Edwards and Luka Doncic all made the Conference Finals.

Where’s Joel Embiid?

Haven't seen all 30 practice facilities, but I suppose besides the courts looking real nice, everything starting from preparation (film room and its technologies to disect the contents), training (courts, a gym with weights, cardio, etc.) and recovery (steam/sauna, hot/ice tub, hyperbaric chamber, cryotherapy, massages, stretch sessions, food, etc.) should be evaluated as well.

To me, the most important aspect is recovery. If a player recovers a lot quicker in city A versus in city B, it is a major advantage.

The Nets have everything the others have, but they also have that view and rooftop area. It's the best that I've seen.
I don't know the worst because I haven't seen them all, but I don't like how New York's is so far away, I'd hate that as a player.

I see Sheffield Wednesday uses the Raptors training facility. lol.... Drake is such an unimaginative hack.
