Most teams themselves do this.

OP thinking this is noteworthy is puzzling. Numerous media folks have put out tweets showing small gifts and goodies they received from teams to promote their player for some award. Like this below.

Spoiler:
Read on Twitter

This.
Anyone working in a corporate (mainly public companies) must have heard about rules on gifts.
I mean, I'm on IT side, so I don't have "clients" per se and don't care, but those working in sales/bizdev they have strict rules on that, I think $80 limit on gifts (to give and to receive), no "free flight" etc.
But a box of cookies, some memorabilia - it's fine.

I appreciate threads like this. Granted, it's probably done by many agencies just to do what they can for their player, but it's still interesting to hear about some behind the scenes things.

Not if you're familiar with OP's posting habits. At least he's not falling for yet another fake twitter account, so that's something.

Why Clutch even promote LeBron? I know he has been their flagship guy, but he is not signing another max contract ever. Maybe him getting MVP votes builds his brand, but thats probably a silly thought.

He will almost certainly sign another max contract this summer. I would be shocked if he didn’t get max money.

Y'all still trying to shame The King after all these years.smh

Man the empire has already been built. Just sit back and watch the King run his empire the way he wants. Us peasants can't do anything to remove him.

Sorry, I guess they can send that, I was picturing material gifts. I voted today, my country will hold presidential election and referendum this week.
Earlier last month, one candidate gifted flowers in one of his rallies, and got at least some pushback, because its against the law. They used to be able to gift anything in the past, but in the 90s or early 00s they outlawed that.

But in all honestly, I almost never see flyers from parties and candidates themselves. We get a lot of official educational material, I guess parlament greenlights it, but there we get all information on voting rules and stuff, and every candidate gets one page to present themselves. Thats what I got this year.

P.S. If Lebron gets max, its instantaneous one of the worst signings and front office decisions, in years. Absolute madness.

Does anyone actually like Ric Bucher? This is a serious question. I very much dislike Skip Bayless, for instance, but I totally understand the appeal. To a lesser extent the same is true for SAS.... Nick Wright.... Cowherd.... like, there are plenty of guys I dont personally like AT ALL but still understand why some people might.

With Bucher... what the hell is the appeal? Can someone please explain it to me?

OT but this reminds me of a good show business story. When Mean Girls was made into a musical, most critics said the comedy writing was very strong but the music is very pedestrian.

Why did Tina Fey put mediocre music into one of her biggest works?

Her husband wrote the songs. And once you know that everyone who has been in a long-term relationship understands.

Ric better be careful. He's been anti-Lebron for awhile now and makes no secret to hide it so I already know Klutch got him on their ****.

Meanwhile, Nick Wright is prob eating good.

The only thing mildly scandalous about this is if Klutch didn't also do that for Davis.

It's interesting to get confirmation about something we all suspected though. Agents working over journalists, or dangling access, probably explains a lot of head-scratching votes for MVP, ROY, DPOY, All-NBA etc.

I mean I get fake text messages from a fake IRS telling me to send money, that doesn't mean I'm stupid enough to do it.
