Luka's been struggling with his shot but he's been doing everything else including playing good defense. But I think Maxey and AD deserves some mention as well although AD's team is about to go out early

Ant is the American hero we all needed.

Ant will be the best player on Team USA. I hope the vets follow his lead it's his team moving forward.

Kawhi Leonard is the best player for the Mavericks and it's not even close. Luka is currently shooting 37% FG and his Mavs are up 2-1, I've never seen someone destroy team chemistry like Kawhi did in the last 2 games of the series. They shouldn't force him to play if he's still not doing well with his injury, Clippers rekt the Mavs in Game 1.

It's 3 games in. Nobody should care who the best player through 3 games of the 1st round is.

I don't get the purpose of the question. Like... Do you want folks to tell you that Ant is good? Yes. Anthony Edwards is really good on both sides of the ball, is 22, is probably going to keep getting better.

Is Edwards even the best player on his team? No wonder the general conversation is dominated by offensive players(Kobe, LeBron, Jordan). Nobody cares about defense.

How? He had a 3/12 game in Game 2. How has he been better than Jokic? Maxey? Embiid? Hell, I'm not even sure he's been better than AD individually but his team is winning and AD's is not.

He's been double teamed most nights and it's not only his offense but he's also been playing really good defense. I don't think he's going to have any stronger resistance on the end when/if we go against Denver then he has been getting in Phoenix.

Defense is half the game and doesn’t really show up in a box score. Gobert has been playing fantastic defense.

But Ant was still the clear cut best in game 1 and 3. Gobert been the most consistent ill give you that.

Admitting that Ant has been the best isn't demeaning or putting down the contributions of anyone else. The entire team is playing good.

I think Anthony Davis has been as good as ANYONE in the playoffs so far. Anyone.

Yup, AD's game tonite again puts him ahead of Ant in the discussion for best player in the playoffs so far but that's not a slight to Ant. I just hope people don't start to overrate him because he's likable and the soon to be face of the NBA. Let it happen organically

Funny how many people are getting up in arms about just posing the question whether Gobert's been better than ANT this far when it's very close and a very reasonable question while at the same time OP posted a question that was just patently ridiculous asking if ANT has been better than Jokic. Embiid is avg 37,9,5 playing at maybe 75% health.
