Stop this nonsense. The Lakers are NOT getting Lillard from MIL. If they have an opportunity, unlikely as even that might be, they might have a shot at Young. That's it.

He could become their Jamal Murray and help score in the playoffs & clutch situations

They obviously become better than this season and can keep Lillard & AD together when LeBron retires

the reason lillard is in milwaukee is because giannis LOVES HIM and WANTED him there

so here's the thing,,,,small markets crave superstars but they are not attractive to superstars. in lillard you have a player who loved his stay at portland. now you are fantasizing that mil actually trades lillard, thereby willingly dropping a superstar from their roster and simulchously pi**ing giannis off and having him demand to be traded, thus losing TWO superstars in one massive stroke

maybe you should fantasizing getting giannis too

That's a great option just don't know how Hawks feel about letting go of Murray & Blazers giving up Grant

Either way Bucks get more depth and players that coexist with Giannis vs just keeping Lillard with no depth

That's why I think it's fair giving Bucks 4 Starter quality Laker players that can switch roles vs certain matchups

Lakers are NOT going to trade both of their FRP for Dame. And he overvalued Grant whom the Blazers signed as incentive to retain Dame at the time since they are friends. Being a rebuilding team, they will unload his lengthy salary for much less than that.

So not great for the Lakers but it is for the Bucks and Blazers.

Chris Haynes was on the Le Batard show saying he wants to stay & make it work with Giannis in Milwaukee. He's Dame's brother in law & related to Giannis' wife.

Not because I say so. Because it's an asinine assertion. I get it you're a Lakers homer and all, but have some damned common sense.

Its amusing seeing franchises hitch their wagons to these broke down stars in their twilight years every season. It never pans out.

Dame had a series though. Then Pascal came down all of his weight on calf to leg with achilles tendiopathy.

He's going though a divorce with all of his family, kids & extended in Portland. Was gonna have a rough year, once he realized how much he relied on that support group & being there for his children.

Sounds like he needs to be closer to Portland aka L.A

Plenty of teams, the real question is why the Bucks would take that stupid offer.

POR is not helping LAL get Lillard.

The difference there was that Durant was a free agent and chose to go; Lillard is under contract and LA lacks the resources to have MIL decide to cut ways with him after less than a full season. I don't discount your point about anything being possible, but realistically speaking is pretty unlikely even with James being GM.

See previous post: Chris Haynes on Le Batard podcast says Dame wants to stay in Milwaukee (he's also married to Dame's sister & cousins with Giannis' wife. So he knows the truth).

Bro you're playing NBA 2K with some of these trade ideas. That's a garbage package for Milwaukee to give up Dame. They probably want to see what happens with him and Giannis healthy.

If Lakers want to keep LeBron they do it 100%
Bucks would actually improve with real depth and get another top quality defender they lost with Jrue

Lakers should just let Bron walk and trade AD while he's still got value. Trae Young isn't fixing anything for them and a Young / AD core post-Bron is at best what... a 9th seed in the West... 7th if they're healthy?

They should just rebuild again and suck for a few years, recoup some assets and just wait patiently for the next superstar to demand out, it may not even take that long... (Embiid?)
