Delusional lol.

When we had KD/Kyrie we literally took over MSG and were louder than Knick fans.

Back then even DaGawd was selling his tickets to MDB. He wanted no part of seeing the Nets punk the Knicks.

As an outsider who visits regularly; the Nets did have a chance to carve out a spot in the NY sports scene, for a year or so it even looked like it might be happening with the younger generation...but then the Nets imploded, the Knicks got back on track, and the city of New York forgot it had a team in Brooklyn.

This is a fair assessment.

But I think we can still very much carve out a spot in the scene. We just need a fun team people actually want to watch.

It's a lot harder with the Knicks back to being "the Knicks". People were so fed up after losing out on KD & Kyrie & two decades of struggle, that that may have been a unique opportunity. Especially if Rose & co. can keep this going moving forward.
