Whomever he nominates? Vince Carter, in a league-wide jock-riding phase, chose Michael Jordan to start over him. Who would McGrday pick? The coaching staff? Would they pick Iverson? The other players? Would they pick Paul?

In the NFL players can decline pro-bowl invitations, correct?
Is T-Mac saying no to the ASGame in general, or just to starting?

Yeah I remember that my bad it's the starting spot you can give up(but really doesn't matter who starts IMO unless it's just for ego).
