I’m sick of this Lakers/refs accusation and the ones using it never give any specific examples.

If you watch the game, it seemed fairly evenly called. There are good calls and bad calls on both sides.

The nuggets just outplayed the lakers in the end.

The fact they overturned it when AD fouled Jokic 3 times is insane.

LA won the free throw count 27-9. Jokic and Murray combined for 1, yes 1 free throw attempt on 49 field goal attempts.

I'm surprised this wasn't a big deal after the game. I would be furious if my player got fouled with a chance to win the game and they ignored it because it was a last second shot.

Lakers was robbed last night and we all know it.

Thoughts?

Wait arent the Lakers leading 3-2?

Doesn't matter. Lakers weren't going to win this series anyways.

For clarity, other teams players get touched sometimes and it’s not necessarily a foul. Hard to understand I’m sure.

Im not a Lakers fan my G.

I'm just a fair minded fan of the NBA.

If the refs were pro Lakers Jokic would not have shot any ft this game. Stop it the refs were not pro Lakers they were fair. Jokic wasn’t playing in the paint. Not once was Jokic fouled at all this game. Never seen him hit when going for a shot. Never seen Jokic get his jersey pulled on either. It was evenly called all night.

Kind of hard to commit fouls if you don't bother to contest shots.

I agree no one was guarding Jokic or Murray I never saw anyone even contest their 49 shots. Wide open. I blame Lebron’s defense actually

Are we also going to ignore:

1. Lebron fouling Murray on the dunk at 4:14
2. Lebron travelling before throwing the pass to Prince
3. The Lakers with yet again with an incredible FT discrepancy of 27-9

LeBron literally jumped and landed back on his foot before he threw the ball. So that shot should have never even happened if we are just talking about that possession .

It does look like he traveled, but they never call traveling in the NBA, so good no call I guess. Same as with the contact on Prince's last second heave.

Complete agreement. And I'll go further, why do folks who think the NBA fixes games watch?

This is also a good no call. The minimal (or should I say marginal) contact from Lebron did not alter the dunk by Murray. Murray used his off arm to prevent Lebron from contesting the dunk, but I don't think it was enough to warrant an offensive foul.

I really can't believe this topic is still up.

The 2 minute report is how it appears: :Caldwell-Pope (DEN) is in a legally obtained position when Prince's (LAL) momentum causes him to drift forward into Caldwell-Pope as he releases the jump shot attempt

Meh it’s a good no call depending how you see what OP is whinging about.

Bron jumps A to B and hits Murray in the face on the follow through.

It's hard to tell if Lebron hit his face from either replay, I don't think he did. Doesn't really matter though since the NBA has already established that you are allowed to make contact with a players face after the shot.

You can really go tit for tat if you’re freeze framing contact like that
