Cavs made a really smart decision by tanking last game to face Magic. Hard to find an easier first round opponent than this for Cavs

Pacers would definitely be an easier first round opponent.

Lmao they gave Mitchell 2 points for that. That's hilarious.

Lmao that's awesome.

In case anyone's wondering what just happened, Cavaliers re-earned possession, Issac didn't realize it so he unintentionally goal-tended. Amazing.

I don't get how that's a goaltend when that ball was no where near the rim.

The Cavs ask, they shall receive. Refs just need to be asked. That’s all.

That was 100% the right call, whether you like it or not. I just never thought I'd ever see anything like that.

How is catching an airball a goaltend?

I know last season they did it a bit but maybe it was out of necessity.

You mean the so-called " death lineup " of Suggs, Franz, Paolo , WCJ/Mo, JI??

We did that at crunch time a couple of times this season to secure the win. Who knows, we might see it again in the POs.
Well it only took until the 1st half of game 2 to see it.

1. Harris
2. Franz
3. Paolo
4. JI
5. Mo

Yeah.. that wont work without Suggs... Harris isnt the bulldog that Suggs is

Refs thought the ball was on the way down, that is a goaltend 100% of the time.

The only thing the Magic announcers brought up, is, was it makeable? Refs assumed it was.

Mo picked up his 3rd, so they subbed in WCJ then he picked up his 3rd.

I will say, i think the length slowed the Cavs pace a bit. If Suggs has to miss time, i assume Mosely will have to consider tall ball.

Like I said (many said this), good experience for this young ORL team. They just lack the offensive firepower to make any noise.

At least the front office should have an easy job going forward. They know they have the young core in place. Just need to find offensive firepower to fit around them.

The lack of spacing for ORL compared to all the other teams in the playoffs is pretty eye opening.

This is the best thing that could happen to this team. Cavaliers went through this exact same thing last season. It's a terrific learning experience, and it's going to make Orlando, who already have a insanely bright future, a much better team in the long run.
