If you let me have SGA it’s SGA - if Embiid is considered American it will be him next year padding them reg season stat lines

Now ja off social media it could be him...if Zion off pizza and moutian dew it could be him...

The best hope is if Jokic immigrates

No American who is in the NBA right now is going to win MVP. Jokic, Embiid, Luka are all in their mid to late 20's. The only one who have a CHANCE is SGA or Anthony Edwards imo. But they won't, because Victor Wembanyama is going to win the next couple after the first three players I mentioned.

Zion? His problem is health.

All im saying is, his story is not closed. I get the serious injury concerns, but until he actually suffers that unfortunate D-Rose moment, im putting my chips all in on my guy 8-)

I agree the talent is there I'm just not super positive about how healthy he will be. If he is motivated and stays in shape (which will make it less likely that he will continue to have injury problems), he has as high of a chance as the guys I mentioned.

Ant, Tatum has too much talent on his team to be the Most Valuable Player. Those are the two best Americans right now.

SGA is Canadian, and no North American doesn't count as American that's dumb. Do Canada and USA team up during the Olympics or are they competitors?

I think it has to be one of the young guys, Anthony Edwards, Ja, or Chet Holmgren. Edwards might win in the next few years.

At this point, I don't believe Tatum or Booker are on a trajectory to be MVP. And Curry, Durant have no chance against Jokic, Luka, Embiid, or Wemby.

Nah

If Edward’s gets a ring before Luka and SGA he will pass them forever - the narrative is he is the next hot thing like those two are right now. Both of those guys are who we all think has next after Jokic, Giannis and Embiid -

But Edwards is trying to upset the natural order of things -

And before Edwards it was supposed to Wemby messing up and coming after jokic Giannis and Embiid but now this playoff run has people wondering if Jordan’s son is the second best guy on earth - because he has all the talent on earth, all the athleticism on earth and appears to have more raw natural leadership skills than Luka, as much defense as SGA and as much big game prowess as Luka and as much physical gifts as Giannis minus the size - it’s legit like people think he is his dad or something

I’m not sold that he on the 3rd tier with Luka and SGA yet-

First tier jokic

Second tier Embiid and Giannis

Third tier sga and Luka (maybe Tatum)

4th tier edwards, Lebron, AD, Brunson, curry, kyrie - sometimes - Murray - Mitchel

5th tier booker, KD, ja, Zion, kyrie - pg, harden ,
Maxxxxxyyy

It’s not a perfect tier system but i don’t have edwards at the sga and Tatum and Luka level yet

What a stud.

Flagg has a chance at maybe NBA all-star, but league MVP? That's a long-shot.

He is most hyped up American out of high scool in a very very long time I think, and the best you got is that he maybe has a chance at all star? That kid suppose to be next KG or its a massive letdown in all seriousness.

Ja gets healthy next year, Memphis wins 50-55 games, he's probably walking away with the award.

Grizzlies won 56 games in 2022 and he didn't come close to getting the award. Why would 2025 be any different?

I think not anytime soon unless we see one of those awards where it's basically okay, the team is doing really well and no one else is having a crazy season, have an MVP.

Actually very likely, if his PR were as good as Morants, Brunson would probably have an MVP.
