zubac is a euro stiff with no atheltcism.. gafford, jones, and lively punked him all series

Zubac was the only Clippers player that did better than expected. Dominant in game one. Basically a walking double-double all series long. Not getting played off the floor by Doncic. Survived the switch hunting better than most bigs.

zuback is a stiff.. doncic has athletes to lob the ball too, while harden is forced to pass below the rim

Luka was what? 23 years old back then? And Brunson was a one-dimensional player incapable of creating for others for three and a half years. He started to show signs of life in the second half of the 2021/2022 season when it was already too late. He completely vanished in the 2020/21 playoffs.
In 2022/23, he was great - for the first year, he was really great, but by then, it was already decided that he would go to NYK. So what exactly should Luka, who was only 23 years old back then, do?

It was mavs management that led to Brunson's departure. Not sure why people trying to say there was something there between Luka/Brunson when there's been no indications from either player.

Not. A. Peep. of trouble or issues. Great camaraderie and chemistry with Luka. Both playing excellent D

Big support cast contributions, especially in the boards and overall hustle department.

Very impressive turning of the page individually and onto the next chapter as a team.

with respect to kyrie, he didn't get injured like harden/KD. Harden pre-hamstring injury was a beast but still a playoff choker. And we know that pre-achilees injury KD was a top-2 player in the league.

We're also forgetting that Dallas didn't even make the playoffs last year. But good on the organization to know what the team needed and made the right moves during the trade deadline to make sure Luka/Kyrie have a squad to be successful.

Brunson helped him get past the first round and all the way to the WCF then after he was gone Luka couldn't get the Mavs to the playoffs by himself. While Brunson goes over to the Knicks and leads them to the second round of the playoffs two seasons in a row.
