It’s not even the wide open missed 3 I’m upset about. It’s the defensive sequence after. Lebron saw Murray coming down the court and he got SCARED and quickly switched off of Murray. Just a weak move by the self-proclaimed GOAT. If you’re gonna call yourself one, then act like it on the court! Be a leader and stop whining too! Next game mentality.

He definitely should have picked up Murray, but I still don't think he was scared. He knew he was out watched and AD was the better option to defend Murray. The latter just made a great shot. It happens.

Lebron has a history though of switching off of clutch players who he knows will take the last shot. He switched off of Durant and let Durant take a shot on the shorter JR Smith instead in the Finals before. He just is afraid of being put on a video or poster. Idk. Just doesn't have that dog mentality at times which is weird because sometimes he got that dog in him like when he does chasedown blocks or something. But there are times he is just afraid or looks like it. Like it’s good he took that wide open shot last night even if it didnt go in. But to not make the defensive effort afterwards just shows lack of consistency and self-doubt on what is supposed to be the GOAT?

wasnt even the fouls..LA went 8+ minutes with scoring 5 points end of 3rd/beginning of 4th. over 8 minutes in a playoff game. poor execution

LBJ had a tremendous game, what a player..at 39 that's just unreal but his crying really ruins it..he's blaming refs? that's weak af. game was called pretty fairly and consistently, couple of mistakes here and there naturally

this game was lost when D-Lo a skilled NBA PG slings an entry pass\lob to AD like he had the touch of someone like Gobert, just absoutely abysmal

and AD turning the ball over needlessly in a simple swing pass, just lack of focus and concentration -. unforced errors. the refs? and this tirade about Philly\Knicks? if anything the Knicks were robbed there, the challenge that was overturned against them late in the game was a 100% not enough to overturn the call on the floor type call (that was Lowry striking DDV's arm\shoulder after he got an offensive rebound

great game by LBJ, you can't ask more of him at his age but the refs didn't decide this one, that's just silly

Can't stand the Lakers or Lebron and he's always complaining, but the contact in that game down the stretch was not called consistently on both ends.

perhaps but the wasn't the decider in this game and it's the nature of basketball, sometimes you get a borderline call go ur way and sometime it goes in the way of the defending champs at their home court

if you have a 20 pts lead in the 3rd quarter - a borderline call late in the game isn't the deciding factor

Maybe it’s been changing since I’ve been watching less the last 4 or so years, but the majority of fouls aren’t intentional. You whiff on a block attempt and come across someone’s face has never not been a foul before that period though.

I think that when they reviewed they came to the conclusion that hitting dLo in the face should be allowed.

The ball already left his hand prior the contact, they don't call those no more.

there were countless time this call has been called or reviewd that way this season. yes, it's def not consistent but i've seen this call dozens of times throughout the season get called that way and it makes sense - the incidental hit on the face doesn't impact the play at all, the ball has long since left his hands

All Denver did was hold home court. If AD and D'lo finally have good games and Denver isn't hot from 3 they can come back.

You realize the Lakers have to win one in Denver to win the series, right? They won't get an opportunity better than this. This was the chance to make this a real series and they blew it. Nobody is beating this Denver team 4 times in 5 games. It's over.
