Hartenstein went out with 5 fouls with just under 2 minutes left in the 3rd. Embiid had 24 points and was 9/10 from the line. From that point on, OG was the primary defender on Embiid. He finished the game 0-5 and 3/4 from the line. He put the clamps on him and Embiid just fell apart.

The craziest thing about it is that OG likely never would have been defending Embiid down the stretch if Mitchell Robinson was healthy. Ironically, he missed tonights games because Embiid flopped into his ankles. Just a crazy turn of events that actually won us this game (plus Brunson dominating).

We win because we are the better team...period.

Out of all major NY sports they have the smallest fanbase and smallest ratio vs the other team in their sport, come on son.

Nets missed their chance. In 20 there were a ton of fans and the Knicks were bad.

When you went to Knicks games for the new few years there were a ton of fans.

But obviously they screwed it all up and we are back to square one.

Those were not real fans. Kids these days and some adults, tend to be fans of players, not teams, and will follow players, and Nets happened to acquire two of the more popular players, so people followed the Nets because of that. The reason you're back to square one is because those people were never actual Nets fans to begin with...

Not saying there is ZERO Nets fans, the exist, but its a very very small amount of people, and there is likely Nets fans in NJ, but not many in Brooklyn.

After G3 there was lots of chirping, trolling and baiting from 76ers fans who laughed at NBA fans and unbiased individuals rightfully annoyed at Embitch’s behavior. You told them to “hold the L” and “get over it” while justifying not one, not two, but three dirty plays in that game. The Knicks fans took it on the chin and put up with the annoying smugness for two straight days. Meanwhile today the 76ers (mostly Embiid) choke and y’all are nowhere to be seen to take your kicks (eyeamota the exception). Just like your fraudulent franchise player, it would appear yall soft af.

i'd say you won because the two best players on the floor today were both Knicks. One was Brunson and the other was OG, who completely shut down a guy who - much as I dislike him – had been basically unstoppable so far in the series. someone posted Embiid's 4th quarter stats and it was like 0-5 with 7 turnovers or something ridiculous. that is OG doing OG things.

Not claiming every Nets fan back then was, but there was a huge influx of "fans" when those two came, and now they're gone and suddenly Nets fans are much less. Either they were bandwagon fans of a fake contender, or were fans of the two star players and have followed them elsewhere. Either way, Nets do not have a lot of fans, and I'm not sure why you have trouble admitting that, it doesn't make you or your fandom any less just cause you have less fans overall.

OG was awesome, but Embiid has hit 3 4th quarter shots in the whole series. 0-5 in game 1, 2-6 in game 2, 1-2 in game 3, and 0-5 today.

He just doesn't have enough in his tank to play the minutes Nurse is playing him and Philly gets killed too much when he sits for Nurse to play him less.
