Pelicans owned the Kings, with or without Zion. Mike Brown refused to make any changes or adapt, and they lost 6 times in a regular season + playin.

Yikes Pelicans that was an ugly fourth quarter. You deserve the sweep.

All stars maybe but not all NBA yet

Sure but I think they're sneakily already as good as a lot of guys you'd consider all-NBA. I had them both as top 25 players this year and Chet came very close to making my all-NBA 3rd team.

Jalen and Chet are top 3 players on a team that just won 57 games and swept their first round opponent. And now look at the numbers and impact they're doing in the playoffs. Chet with 3.7 blocks and 2 threes. Jalen averaging 20-7-3 on strong efficiency.

Where did you see that Chet was close to making all NBA?
They haven’t even made an all star team yet.

I can rest easy now. Now just have to wait out Dallas/Clippers.

Also best wishes to New Orleans fans/organization. There were some Pels fans that were in OKC last week. I just want a case of Dixie Beer. #IYKYK

Jalen Williams and Giddey made the difference in 4th quarter there - if they can fire, and SGA/Chet perform like Games 2 and 3, this team can beat anyone

the last time a team got swept and held to < 93 points every game was the milwaukee bucks v. the 2013 heat. pelicans were undermanned but still an impressive defensive showing by the thunder.

Couldn't ask for more defensively from OKC. Offense was pretty bad game 1 and game 4 though. I think we were able to create more open shots for role players like Isaiah Joe and Cason Wallace during the regular season. Shai needs to step up.

They cut them off air because they took so long smh

Why do they have to speak with the local media first when they are on national TV with a chance to really market themselves to casual NBA fans?

It made zero sense to me lol.

I was expecting more from Giddey in Game 3. Giddey picked it up in Game 4, but I thought Shae disappeared for long stretches. Is this common between the two players?

Either way, their defense was on point. I feel like they could guard just about anybody with that group, even playing only 1 real big man the entire game.

I do worry about how they're going to stop KAT and Jokic if they can slow down the game, but pretty much every team suffers from that problem and OKC does have some wide-bodies even if they aren't that tall. (Talking about dudes other than Chet. Chet can battle and doesn't seem to stop, but man I don't know...)
