trash garbage team that needs to blow it up now. Bam is the only thing they have going for them. I would see what kind of picks they can get and look into rebuilding.

Bam offense has come along way if continues to solidify on that end he might legit be one of the most underrated players.

Feels like their title window is now shut, esp as the East is getting younger and better.

Still feeling the ramifications from the failed Dame Lillard trade (don't think many GMs want to do deals with Pat Riley anymore)

Probably have no choice but to run it back and likely treadmill team for the next few years

It's never shut when you have a coach like Spo. Current line-up (healthy Butler), this is a playoff team and at worst a play-in team (It's the East, so top 10 is not really difficult).

All they need to do again is swing for a star/superstar (and hoodwink people again into taking one of their role players who plays like starters under Spo).

Performed better than expected or just as expected. They missed out on gettin Dame, would have helped a lot.

Stuck somewhere between treadmill or waning. The rest of the East is younger, gettin better.

Maybe blow it up? But they have Bam to build around and maybe Butler if hes healthy. And a good group of young players. They also have coach Spo.

Trade Jimmy and re-tool around Bam/Herro. This roster isn’t winning anything as constructed and Jimmy only has a couple good years left.

They can get guards and wings anywhere. But it is time they start drafting with size in mind. Get multiple 6'10+ athletes to put around Bam.

I like Kelel Ware or Yves Missi with their pick. Jamir Watkins in the 2nd round. See if you can sign Bitadze or Jalen Smith in FA.

Need size and scoring and of course health.

Very underwhelming season. I see four positives: Jaime Jaquez Jr, Nikola Jović, resurrection of Duncan Robinson, and Bam Adebayo starting to take threes and being more of a scorer in the PS.

I wouldn't blow it up, with further progress from Jaquez and Jović we could still be a threat. I rated Jović very highly heading into his draft and hoped he'd fall to us. Was a bit disappointed with how he'd been incorporated until late in this season, think he's due for a breakout next season. He's so well-rounded, can shoot, pass, put the ball on the floor, rebound, has good size. And Jaime is simply a baller. Glad we didn't end up packaging them for Lillard. Curious to see who we can add in the draft also. Need a backup PG and a big with size. If we can get those and keep Caleb Martin, it's a really good starting lineup and 10-man rotation.

Hope Jimmy actually takes the regular season seriously so we don't end up having to grind in every series. And also hoping for better health.

Trade Butler to the Lakers for Vanderbilt, Reaves, picks. He's done a great job, he's 36 next year.
The core of Vasquez, Herro, Rozier, Adebayo will be competitive either way with Spo coaching.
Keep gathering players as assets and wait until the next star wants out.
Never worry about Miami.
My faith in Spoelstra and the Godfather is that big.

Edit. Jaquez no Vasquez lol

Their first round pick situation for the next few years is looking fairly grim. And another reason why they won't blow it up.

That 2028 pic looks esp precarious unless they trade it out.

Jimmy Butler is the heart and soul of the Heat(and they were a team nobody wanted to play in the first round until he got hurt), but he will be looking for a fat extension and is getting old and potentially injury-prone...if I'm Miami I'd move him to a win-now team and retool with younger pieces to add to Bam/Herro/Jacquez/Jovic/Rozier.

Butler to the Warriors for Kuminga/Moody/Looney and picks?

Miami gets younger/deeper/more athletic and GS gets Curry a seasoned veteran #2 option for one or two more playoff runs.

No team were scared of the heat with or without jimmy.

Team is not that good.

Top teams in east all beat miami easy. Miami wasnt going past 6 games with anyone of them with this apparently mythical creature called jimmy

Unless they can get Anthony Davis, should probably blow it up. If they could somehow get AD and keep Butler, Bam and Jacquez that’d be a major win.
