99% of coaches in the history of the NBA haven't mattered. It's all about the players. The amount of "coach of the year's" that were fired a few years after is hilarious. Darvin Ham's team got to the WCF just a year ago and now he's fired.

Spoelstra, Phil Jackson, Popovich - the list of true difference makers throughout NBA history is very very short.

He’s starting PJ Tucker who hasn’t played much for months and is arguably the worst player on the team. Then the backup center is the 2nd worst player on the team in Mason Plumlee. He’s thrown games for sure.

Starting Tucker in the first half is bad. Starting Tucker in the second half is comfortably dumber than anything Ham did this year, especially with Powell being a huge part of the Clips' comeback in the second quarter.

Tucker… then playing Plumlee and Westbrook all series when they were killing the team. He’s gone from an A coach in 2021 and 2022 to a C- coach the last two seasons. If Ballmer extends him, he’s a blind idiot
