It’s weird to see The Bucks already in decline. In 2021 Giannis got an MVP and a title and it seemed like he was destined to be a top 5-10ish guy getting multiple chips and MVP’s.

gotta hand it to him. doc still cashing in on his 08 ring provided by kg, pierce, rondo and ray allen

And fired Griffin (had a better record than Glenn Rivers) during the process.

Keep GM
Fire coach (Are they stuck with Doc?)
Performed worse (I had them as EC Champions preseason... :( ) Pretty sad that Dame and Giannis were not fully healthy in the series because they probably would've won had they both played every game.
Treadmill ?

Pretty sure this team can be better in another year with Dame and Giannis working together....being healthy. However, they are all getting older and some of the roster are just bad defenders. Cut ties with Beasley Gallo Beverly (who is a good defender but he has so much baggage to deal with). Gotta Keep Portis.

There could be upgrades if Lopez or Middleton are traded for younger pieces. It might be time... Lopez would command still a lot of interest. Middleton maybe less so, but could be an option for a team that doesn't sign Tobias Harris as a wing shooter.

Getting rid of Griffin was stupid. He had them winning. Alot. Hell, they could have given Bud a shot with the Dame addition

You guys would love it, but LA needs to add value for this to be equal. 8-)

The players were about to mutiny. He wasn't a good coach.

It's either run it back and hope a full offseason helps Dame fit in as the #2 better and "hope" they're healthy next year at the right time or pretty much everything I just said plus finding out what kind of value Brook has around the league.

Lopez is 36, Middleton is 32, and Dame is 33. That's their core (with Giannis, of course).

Actually , rookie Andre Jackson Jr. looks pretty damn good. Played big positive mins vs. Indy in this PO series.

I know he had decent stats in game 4 with 6/6/7.

But I watched him closely in game 5 and he looked horrible. Just did not look like an NBA player at all. It was so bad that Doc played the corpse of Gallo 21 mins instead.

Trade Doc for Ham

Lakers will throw in Phil Handy

Can we hear some players Milwaukee want for Lillard?

We don't want anything from LA.

See Dame's postgame. He loves Giannis & Khris. Wants to be in MKE. Your dream scenario is dead.

Also, Bucks are stuck with Doc. Dame talked the importance of having camp with the same coach.

Dame isn't getting traded. Period. He wants to be in Milwaukee.

Realistically, I think the Bucks are in an absolutely terrible spot right now. About as bad of a spot as you can be in for having a superstar anyway.

The FO will run in back, blaming injuries, while ignoring the massive flaws the team had this season. The age and injury history with some of their core players is only going to get worse, and there aren't a ton of options they really have, that I think the FO would sign off on.

Sadly, I suspect they will wait WAYYYYYY too long before admitting something isn't working and by then, Giannis will be slowing down. I'm not saying they are going to try this core for 3 more years, moreso, they aren't going to be able to move any of them for a package that will help them more in the moment, and even then they will wait too long to do it. Yea, you can trade Lillard for a young package, but I don't think the Bucks will have the mindset to do that, until his value is much lower.

Like any of that matters lmao
Durant was wearing a hard hat after the season at the new chase arena construction lol and he took off in free agency

Lillard wanted to be in Miami not Milwaukee

Actually when I read your idea about Lillard for Durant I got a little excited, but that's just because I've always loved watching KD play. But I've never thought about trades for him, I'd rather give him more time here before calling it a failure.

Bucks can have Durant if they really want him
All they have to give up is Lillard and filler to match salaries
