I don’t think it’s all that far fetched for Brunson to average close to 40 in this series. The man averaged 35 plus against a tough Philly defense, while playing horribly in the first 2 games.

Basketball fans should be loving this series, 2 franchises on the upswing after a long time on the fringes. And one is making the ECF.. its good stuff. One PG is going to come out of this series with as much hype as anyone

It took 6 games for the Pacers to beat an injury depleted Bucks team. This Knicks team is a lot tougher than what the Pacers faced in that series. For starters, they will now be facing a team that just completely dominates on the glass and will scrap for every single possession. Also, Brunson will have an easier time scoring in this series.

Pacers will be tough, but I see Brunson having a GOAT type series against that Pacer defense.

I feel this is gonna be quite a shock for both teams for the first game. The complete polar opposite of what they both faced in the first round.

Precious should get minutes too. With the team’s depth being depleted along with the pace that the Pacers play, they will need all the help that they can get.

2 years ago the knicks got the perfect matchup in the first round, how did that go?
last year they avoided the bucks and got the 8 seed assuring their success, how did that go?

Since Turner is playing more outside, we can see more Precious rarther than Mitchell Robinson, (he also can match with Siakam). But probably OG will be on Siakam, I am wondering the outcome of that matchup.
%110 agree that Alec Burks should be tried from the start of the series, to enhance 8 man rotation.

This is the first series that Knicks are the clear favoriutes I think. Even though it won't be easy to match fast pace of them but Knicks are experience enough to dictate their slow half court ball, Brunson drribling 18 seconds and make something. Knicks in 6.
