90-74 record. 2 seasons.
Won the IST, 2 play in games. 2 playoff seasons, one WCF appearance. Despite the roster on LAL (minus AD and LeBron). Deep, tuff Western Conference.
2 time NBA champ (2004 as a bench player for the Pistons) and assistant coach (2021 Bucks). Good amount of years as an NBA player.
So probably so, down the line. Maybe college? G League? Atlanta Hawks (long time assistant there under coach Bud and others) ?
Milwaukee Bucks (long time assistant under coach Bud) ?
He's got the credentials.

From his interviews he seems like a nice, smart guy. I hope he gets another chance

I think his broad strategy and motivational talk are good but his in game strategy from lineup decisions to time out decisions are woeful

Absolutely.
The NBA loves them some recycled coaches.

He could end up like Vinny Del Negro. Del Negro was one of the worst coaches I've ever seen in the NBA, and once he was replaced by Doc, no one gave him another shot.

He’s not even bottom 3 Bulls coaches. I never thought that VDN was that bad of a coach, he led the Clippers to almost the same exact records as Doc Rivers did while Doc had a better team.

Charlotte needs to ring his line ASAP
Washington very much could use him
He could also take over in Dallas if Kidd is out
at the bare MINIMUM he's on the staff of Budenholzer (if Bud isn't in LA)
The Nets, Detroit, maybe Cleveland

From what I saw, I didn't see a "bad" coach. But NBA fans hate every coach that doesn't win a ring (Frank Vogel is the rare exception to that), so I don't take what this board says seriously when it comes to coaching. Lebron pushes for the franchise to make all of these moves because he has the patience of a toddler and then when it doesn't go his way, he has his Klutch acolytes throw everyone under the bus. Next coach isn't winning with this group either. But I'm sure they'll be considered incompetent.
All I know is that under Ham, Rui Hachimura and Austin Reaves evolved into competent NBA players/starters.
