I voted Demar.

I assume all the Kay votes are done satirically?

I like KCP in that he gives you a movement shooter and elite defender that lets you keep the ball in Paolo and Franz's hands.

I don't think another ball handler could hurt though- as long as they can shoot(!)- so Monk is a nice fit there too.

I don't view Klay as someone who moves the needle. The man is one of the greatest shooters ever and he works his ass off every single night, but physically he just can't do enough out there on the court, and his now desperate scoring aggression makes him a downright negative whenever he isn't on fire.

Ok? Having positive opinions of a team doesn't mean he's going to sign with them. Paul George is 34, and he grew up in Los Angeles county. If he's going to leave Los Angeles it's going to be for a team that can legitimately contend immediately with him. He's not going to leave behind the LA lifestyle to live in Orlando because he likes this young up-and-coming Orlando team. Philly and OKC are the only teams who can acquire him and contend immediately, but not sure OKC will be too interested in signing him to a big deal.
Philadelphia will have to gut their team to sign him, and the Magic wouldn't.

How is Klay leading this poll, the man is washed.

Considering that this season there are no real stars free agents worth a multiyear max contract, the smartest move would be to either offer a short term big deal with a team option to some solid player or sign several good starters for decent deals and maybe use them later as bartering chips for a big trade.

The offered players from the OP are all terrible options for the Magic.

It's coordinated mocking. The Klay slander is legendary around here.

Where is Zach Lavine? How are you putting Derozan there when he is old AF and can't space the floor when ORL desperately needs shooting

What team? The 6ers have Embiid, Maxey, and scraps.

All of the poll options are FAs, unless I'm blanking. Lavine would have to be traded for...and if the OP was adding trade targets I'd also suggest Murray, Simons, and Garland.

They probably wouldn't be able to keep Oubre, Reed, Batum, and possibly Melton if they gave Paul George the max. They'd have to renounce their cap holds.

Oubre Reed and Batum are all bench level players. Thats an easy trade for a guy the caliber of Paul George.

Reed was awful in the playoffs, Oubre is someone they literally got off the scrap heap, and Batum shouldn't stop anyone from signing PG if they want him. I do like Melton, but they could sign PG, keep Melton and probably still afford to bring Kelly back.

Reed is the only player besides Embiid under contract for next season.

I thought it wasn't guaranteed for next season because they lost in round 1?

Orlando needs that or a wing so badly, a legit number one option and a much younger Jimmy Butler would be ideal. They can address some of their shooting woes via free agency, but I think they should look to make a trade to get that first option.

Didn't realize that. He's a bargain though, seems like an easy decision to hold onto him. He played well when Embiid was sidelined and that's bound to happen again.

How is Klay winning this poll? He's not an impact player anymore.
