nba.com, why doesnt the official NBA website have the playoffs tree?

Post#1 » by HEAT33 » Sat May 11, 2024 2:24 am

Looking at the website, there is no where I can see the playoff tree or who is leading the series.

Just has scores and a bit of news in there, used to have all the info, but seems like they are showing as little info as possible

The NBA website has been complete garbage for a while now. For like a full year I couldn't get the scores to load properly om there so I gave up on the site and use ESPN now.

Not great, but still there is a tree in nba.com, which is accessible within a second. Just click "playoffs" in the main page.

Click Standings and it has it at the top.

You can click on the boxes for each series and it takes you to a page where you can get more box scores for each game or stats for the overall series.

NBA.com has been garbage since I started regularly following player stats. Can’t believe more than 2 decades later and it’s still a hot mess.

Clearly a thread worthy question.

They hire interns to make that site in order to save money.
