As someone who moved to Texas last year, they don’t make it difficult here

But why work so hard in the offseason to get in shape just to piss it away? He is throwing away his legacy.

And this guy is going to be eligible to sign a 5 year extension next year worth over 70 million dollars per season. Mavs fans have a right to complain for that amount of money.

I defy anyone to stay thin in a place where even the gas stations have a Rudy's in them.

I have one shopping center 2 minutes away that has a Whataburger, in-n-out, raising canes, chick fila, freebirds all basically in one spot. It’s criminal

a big part of it is genetics i think. just like there are some guys that can never seem to put on muscle, you have guys like luka, zion and jokic that will always struggle to keep weight off. in the off season those guys can focus on keeping their weight down but in season they're more focused on their game and maintaining their bodies, which is usually more about rest/strengthening than dropping weight.

i myself have wide hips and wide shoulders and struggle to keep weight off. it helps when you want to build muscle/strength but yeah you have to actively be trying to drop weight to lose any.

he's not going to reach 30 being the heliocentric fulcrum of the Mavs in RS and PS while playing 40 minutes per game, with this weight.
If he doesn't understand, it's unlikely people around him will tell him (everybody is scared of being fired....Lese-majesty is a real thing)

You just need to find an estimate of your caloric daily needs, and go around 500 calories below that, consistently, and if the weight and body fat does not shrink, you need to go further below that point, consistently, with a decent amount of carbs, proteins and exercise/balance of positive stress and stress. Thats it, even with every silly thing out there saying our body has its will to reduce our metabolism to 0 which is ****, the truth is everyone on this planet will lose weight doing that over a period of time, even with all these stressors that can indeed make it harder, with that basic principle everyone can, and will, lose weight, and thats not mentioning PED`s like Growth Hormone that can enhance your fat loss, and has been rumoured (and seen the facial growth of Wade and LeBron famously) to be big in the NBA for tons of athleticism enhancing factors ++-

This thread isn't about dropping points, it's about dropping pounds.

Nah that’ll just give him titties.

He needs to cut out sugar, processed food and carbs.

No excuses for being in the kind of shape he is in. Just shows a lack of accountability and maturity.
