Rumor from KTLA Channel 5 in LA - Shaq to the Suns

KTLA Channel 5 in Los Angeles reported that the Heat and Suns were close to a trade that would send Marion and Marcus Banks to the Heat for Shaq. Has anyone else heard of this?
