I thought he dunked it originally, but then it turned out he didn't on the replay.

Should that really count because it wasn't a dunk?

I guess the overall nature and jumping of the attempt gets him a pass

Howard just missed touching the rim on the "dunk", but holy crap, he stopped and jumped with both legs at that tape he put down.
