Spoken like the guy who's team gets more calls than any in the league. Tell Chauncey the game is over and he can stop flopping around now.

Haha we get more calls because were more experienced and know how to draw them. Thats just a part of the game. Go tell Howard to keep on elbowing everyone in the post and maybe eventually it'll get called. Go ahead and complain about all the calls we get because were smart enough to draw them, but don't get mad when we complain about how much the refs favor the superstars.

It is just a shame the series isn't 1-1 going back to Orlando like it should be, because now regardless of what happens going forward this series has a large asterisk next to it thanks to the NBA and their horrible referees.

bull. There is no way in any possible scenario you can say that without a doubt the Magic win this game if the call was done properly. Their chances are slightly better, but that's it. Orlando needs to stop feeling bad for themselves, and get ready for game 3, or this is going to be a quick 4 and out.

that, or Magic fans are the first human beings that can correctly predict the outcome of a butterfly effect. Move over Chaos Theory, the only iterations we need are the words of Magic fans on realgm!

Exactly, not only do they ASSUME the Pistons would miss when they re-do the play, but they ASSUME the 4th would have gone the same exact way as it did, minus the 3-points. On top of that they ASSUME the Pistons couldn't have won the game down-1 with a few seconds left if even IF everything had played out exactly the same.

Yes, and Orlando is just beloved all over this board . Losers hate teams that have success. It's the nature of the game.

And I love that that was what you came with when all of your whining was shot down.

Shot down? Every non Piston fan agrees the Magic got jobbed. Barkely did, Kenny SAmith did, espn.com did, Legler on Sportscenter did, about 100 fans of other teams on this very thread did last night...but that means nothing if a couple of Piston fans think the game was called evenly. We all know they have no vested interest either way.

Who cares what ESPN thinks? They haven't had any sort of credibility for as long as I can remember. Their announcers are a joke and don't even know what is going on half the time because their biased opinions get in the way of decent games.

Everyone, including Piston fans agree that it was a bad call. There were plenty other bad calls on both sides. Do you seriously want to continue whining about 1 bad call in the 3rd quarter, or should I break the Butterfly Effect down in detail for you?

ESPN has no credibility compared to a handful of Piston board posters.

The awful call against Dooling that handed you the game caught just as much heat from pretty much everyone. Barkley laughed at how bad it was. But, Billups has sure gotten calls with less contact.

so your response is ignoring everything i just said? I guess we'll just assume that everything plays out the same for 12 mins, minus the 3 Piston points, if a do-over were to happen.

There's nothing more pathetic than watching biased homers call out others as biased homers.

Oh, and that's three titles, master historian. As in, three more than you're going to be getting any time soon.

If we're going to assume changing calls causes nothing else to change, and all plays would have been called correctly, Dwight would have fouled out in the middle of the 3rd. I still can't believe Rip didn't get either one of those calls. Apparently it's OK to push guys down when they're dribbling and jump into them and body them to the floor.

Get a grip already. The timekeeper screwed up, the Pistons benefitted, and Orlando played like complete garbage down the stretch. There were tons of awful calls in this game, and if you go back and watch it carefully, the Magic had plenty go their way.

Lastly, Cammo... 3 points in the third and 3 points in the fourth, first, and second are all 3 points. Yes, earlier calls fade from your memory, but every single miscall that results in points for a team affects the game. If you can't see that, you need to think about it again after this series is over.

Which it will be, in 5. :-)

Because they've been more successful than every team except for the Spurs and Lakers over the past 10 years?
