I think it's funny how cocky the Celtics act and I'm a Celtics fan. I don't know if Garnett was being arrogant or he was mad or what, but when you look at him and you look at the fans chanting, it's really quite rediculous.

"Yeah we beat the Hawks in the first round in seven games!"

The rest of the world - "And?"

Rondo runs right into Marvin Williams instead of going to the basket. Marvin tries to get out of his way, and the Refs call Marvin for a flragrant 2.

Refdiculous.

 I love people like NY fans and Cevap.

My only ? now is. Who is NETSFORCE going to root for???

OMG you either are cheering for "LeBronze" or *gulp* "KG/Pierce" ?

If you were serious: Your ignorance is second to none.

Of course I was joking. I already said I feel you guys will beat Cleveland in 6.

I'm rooting for Damon Jones.

that beatdown was expected. No way Atlanta was winning on the road, they just are plain HORRIBLE on the road.

As for the Celtics, good luck beating Lebron James and the Cavs

Actually I think it might be very interesting to examine the betting patterns in this series. I'm sure someone made a huge killing on the games played in Atlanta, and the difference in the officiating between the games played in Boston vs those played in Atlanta was striking.

Well so much for the Hawks playing their best road game of the series...

A blow-out was still pretty likely, though.

Big-time team game by Boston - I'm hyped for the Cleveland series

It's been fun. I was hoping the Celtics could pick up Horford if they hadn't gotten Oden or Durant so I think the team has a good future.

So are the Spurs. Bird also had a better team surrounding him.

The Celtics had a complete lack of depth at times. The Celtics were playing 7 players in many games(including the deciding ones) against the Lakers in 1985 and 1987. He did have a better starting team, but the Spurs certainly have a better bench than the 1980's Celtics had. Except for the 1986 team, of course.

I just realized something. Whicever teams win the Celtics - Cavaliers series... I win.

A sweep was also expected.

With a name like Jordan you're probably a fan of one man teams. But as a fan of Jordan, you should know how Jordan faired when he was a one man team. Not very well in the post-season.

The Hawks have a much better supporting cast than Lebron does. The Celtics will easily win that series

Nope, it just means no matter what after this series you're going to watch nothing but KG or LeBron commercials for a good couple of weeks.

Unlike the reduced amount you see right now. I guess maybe if Kobe goes futhure you might see some of them. But since you're NJ most likely lost of KG or LeBron commercials. You're fate is sealed buddy.

Shouldn't you be in the NBA Draft subsection?

Even though that last game was a blowout where basically everything went wrong for Atlanta, I have to say I am damn proud of this team for going 7 games with the Celtics. For a group of 7 core players that are:

29 (Bibby), 26 (JJ), 24 (Chillz), 24 (Zaza), 22 (Smoove), 21 (Marvin) and 21 (Horford)

that was a great opportunity for big growth. Add in another year of experience for 23 year old Acie Law and this team should be much more of a factor in the regular season next year.

+1. This series was more than anyone expected and the experience will prove to be invaluable for our young guys going forward.
