The team was in portland for a game, and there was a rape on the hotel. The victim said it were big black men. Go figure. Jazz player were never charged of anything, and we don't know what ended happening.

Robert Whaley though was involved with some fight in a Park City club when he was a rook with the Jazz.

Way to go, Juwan!

Wow... DeShawn, DeShawn. (I saw it earlier, just wanted to post the link.)

Why no mention of Anthony Mason's statutory rape allegation yet?

Let us all consider this verse from the famous Grateful Dead song, "Uncle John's Band" in light of this new Malone news.

"Come with me or Karl Malone
He's come to take his children home."
~The Grateful Dead, "Uncle John's Band"

This line, while inaccurate and predating the incident in question, is clearly a direct reference to Malone having sex with children.

No, from what I heard Deron, Dee Brown , Brewer and Millsap went to a strip club and Dee brought one back to party. She wanted a little 2 on 1 action from Brewer and Millsap but she started getting crazy and and too drunk and no intercourse ever took place. That's just what i heard from the Jazz board a 1 1/2 years ago.

Wasn't Millsap also involved in that fight where they attacked a couple of Nuggets fans for wearing jerseys in that bar.

I recall right it was Deron Williams and Robert Whaley... only Whaley got penalized by the team though... Anyone who touches or becomes a bad influence of Deron, doesn't live an offseason to tell his stories.

RIP Dee Brown and Robert Whaley.

Sham wrote:6 - Ron Mercer, Antoine Walker and Chauncey Billups: Details on this are sparse, but apparently they were sued for rape. Why would you sue for rape? Why wouldn't you press charges? I don't get it. Either way, no charges were brought, and an out-of-court settlement was reached. (The incident took place at Walker's home, where - allegedly - he walked in on the act, and declined his housemate Michael Irvin's invitation to dive right in there. Strange times.)

She sued Antoine Walker for not stopping the other guys from raping her.

Code: Select all

The woman said she dated Walker several
times, then after socializing with Walker,
his two roommates, and two former
teammates - Ronald Mercer and Chauncey
Billups - at a Boston comedy club on Nov.
9, 1997, the men invited her back to
                      Walker's home.

After arriving at the Waltham condominium,
the woman said, she was raped by Mercer,
                      Billups, and Walker's roommate, Michael
Irvin. A medical examination performed at
Boston Medical Center the next day
revealed bruises on the woman's body and
injuries to her throat, cervix, and
rectum, according to the Appeals Court
                      decision.

The woman said Walker walked in on the
alleged attack in Irvin's bedroom, and
Irvin asked Walker, ''Don't you want
some?'' The woman said Walker declined and
                      left.

A girl accused Ronnie Brewer and Paul Millsap of raping her, well the girl was a stripper, she went back to the hotel with the two players and went in their hotel room where apparently she was nearly passed out drunk so the players threw her and her clothes into the hallway and left her there. When she came too she claimed they raped her, but she wouldn't talk to the cops and didn't file a complaint. I believe in the end there may have been a rape test and DNA testing done for all three and it was determined that no Sex took place.

Heard this from a Jazz writer who I used to be very good friends with.
