because this is utah, where there are more men per capita than anywhere else in the US who like their girls very young and preferably related.

This is some messed up stuff, and if true (which it sounds like it is), then Malone SHOULD never of had a career, since he SHOULD have been in prison for several years.

I have always hated the man on the court, and disliked him off the court. Now I hate him both on and off the court. I don't really see how anyone (unless they are joking, which is perfectly fine with me), can really put any blame on Utah for this though.

A nice sign of goodwill from the Jazz, would be to take down Malone's jersey, but it really is not necessary and I would not expect it.
