I just vehemently disagree here. She had either just turned 13 a few months ago, or was 12. 12. She may not look 12, but she doesn't look 20. I've never mistaken a 12 year old for 20. Not only that, but at that age, you can tell just by SPEAKING with someone that they're below 15. I don't think there's any doubt at such an age that Malone knew what was going on and didnt care.

The point is that his reputation and integrity as a social human being is marked with an asterix because of his silly actions.
