Just like the detroit series, boston fans will be pissed off when they dont get the credit for actually winning the game but because the lakers got screwed or lost it.

Kobe needs to stop being a jump shooter, period.

I agree I did not see one Laker fan complaining when their team took more free throws then they opponents in the playoffs and the fact that Kobe was taking 20 free throw shots a game by himself.

so did they decide before the game to do a documentary on powe, or do they just shoot it first, and when he does well they play it at halftime?

Well, if the NBA is scripted, by the logic, Stern made the Lakers get to the finals to help the ratings, so whether they or the Celts win, then the title is meaningless... and if its meaningless, why is everyone getting worked up over it?

The WWE can be fun, you know.

Or the years and years where they would get almost every call. It really is funny to see Laker fans complaining about officiating.

That Powe story is so moving. I really despise a lot of the cocky guys on Boston, but I love this guy.

Flakers getting a taste of their own medicine with bad calls.

Too bad Kome is too dumb to realize that he has to actually try to go inside to get a foul call. Can he take anymore heavily contested, fadeaway jumpers?

i don't know what ya'll think but the refs are letting the Celts get away with MURDER on the defensive end, i mean. Farmar took an ill-advised shot with his back to the basket because it was way too obvious Cassel had grabbed him by the arm. Odom has been getting hammered when ever he drives or gets an offensive rebound. Garnett took a swing on Gasol's arm on that alley-oop, and to top it all up he got absolutely hammered at the end of the 2nd quarter. Common denominator?? NO FOUL CALL ON EITHER ONE OF EM. I mean WTF

Please refs!! a 19 to 2 FTA discrepancy?? WTF?!?

Actually, Kobe hasn't been shooting many FT's in the playoffs. He pretty much stopped taking the ball to the basket in the 4th quarter of game 1 because he knew he wasn't getting the call.

The thing is fixed. Plain and simple.

It isn't about Lakers vs Celtics, or Kobe haters vs Kobe supporters. The fact of the matter is that the home team gets handed 10-20 points in just about every playoff game.

Until this practice stops, I'll be here whining about it.

News flash. The refs dont have to make the foul calls equal if they aren't.
