Yeah but it also helps Brown didnt start playing till mid season and he's played very limited minutes in the regular season, so he's got more energy than most.

LOL, 3 straight meetings against Boston and 3 straight crappy shooting nights from Kobe. Yet, his fanboys are still living in denial as to who's forcing their boy to have these type of games.

That's all fine and good. Just remember, when Kobe explodes in game 2 it's your fault.

That's what he's always done and is fundamentally sound there, you can be old and still be effective there.

See Charles Oakley, Dikembe Mutombo, Cliff Robinson

PJ brings the Celtics what they were missing for most of the year, size off the bench. Powe and Davis have their role, but PJ brings size and savyness that they lack.

Kobe tried to do too much. He took a lot of bad shots. Shots weren't falling and the Lakers got outplayed, it's that simple.

We got killed in the paint. It's against a team like the Celtics where we really see the kind of impact a guy like Bynum has.

he'll probably get back on track, but it won't matter much if the lakers frontcourt guys are going to let old ass PJ brown come in and be a factor.
You are so right. I'm old school you gotta put somebody on they A$$ period.

Excellent game? It was very sloppy on both sides. Celts won and they should have....but the Lakers were not overwhelmed by any stretch and I would say with confidence they can build of of this game...and execute better and get a win. There was no domination at home.

With all due respect to the Celts and this game that they won. The Lakers have come back from better defeats than this.

Yeah he's a "know it all" type of guy. He was the same guy who argued with me about Udoka being a factor in the Spur series, come end of the series Udoka was riding pine.

I dont care if it is sloppy at times. It was a lot of fun to watch and there were some very memorable moments for me.

so why hasn't the best defender in the NBA, Trevor Ariza, been getting any playing time? hasn't he been healthy for a minute now?..

it's a toss up for me..

Luke Walton is on my top 5 most entertaining players in the NBA list..but I'd love to see Ariza play and get burned by any of the C's best players, just so I don't have to hear about this guy anymore..

on kobe's performance i actually felt he had a good first half despite missing some good looks he did a good job on the pick and rolls and got his teammates involved. 2nd half the Celtics played with much better energy and kobe settled for longer jump shots, in the 1st he was taking midrange shots in the 2nd a lot of the shots came from 18+.

So you hope to see me more sloppy? There was no clear cut domination on either side...and while you enjoyed the game which is awesome! ... it was far from an excellent game.

No, not there because I predicted Spurs in 6... generally, I obviously wasn't good, along with everybody else who predicted the Spurs to win the series.

And, this is irrelevant to what I posted. I think here, you didn't have anything to say that was relevant to that, so you tried to get at me with something that was bad for the Spurs (knowing that I go for them). Trying to deflect the attention away, from predicting right that the Celtics had the edge tonight against your team.

To sum it up, a pointless post.

heh. boston fans don't even know?

i'm guessing cheetah is the south african dude who introduced the celtics players to the concept of "ubuntu".

prior to doc mentioning him, i had simply thought that the celtics were just really into linux.
