Kobe 3 NBA Rings

LeBron 0

Kobe w/o Shaq has 0 rings.
LeBron w/o Shaq has 0 rings.

LeBron took the Celtics to 7 games pretty much by himself, while Kobe with a substantially better supporting cast is nowhere to be found.

LeBron is actually much better suited to playing with PRIME SHAQ than Bryant ever was. Don't doubt that LeBron would have won many Championships. So lets compare them in the NBA Finals after Shaq left LA, LeBron was swept 4-0 by a dynastic Spur team, Bryant will lose 4-1 after the worst choke in NBA Finals history.

The Celts are winning this series because they're role/bench players are completely outplaying the Lakers bench players.. James Posey in particular.. Also, why is Farmar even seeing playing time? What's he suppose to be doing out there?

The star players for the most part on both teams are doing what they're suppose to..

That's just a silly argument. I'm not a Kobe supporter by any means, but Kobe was a legitimate superstar when he won those titles with Shaq. 3 rings as a sidekick is still better than 0 rings as the best player on the team, I don't care how you want to spin it.

No where to be found? He put up 36 points on 60% shooting last game.

Did you hit your head and lose your long term memory?

Laker fans for so long have taken stock in the Western Conference Finals as being the reason why Bryant is great, so lets take stock in the Easter Finals Cavs vs Celtics to show why LeBron is great.

I find it interesting that no one realizes how easily this could be 3-1 L.A.

If they had completed the 24-point comeback and Boston hadn't completed theirs, that is where we'd be. We're talking like, 5 baskets.

would have been better if the Spurs represented the West.

Fair Win for the C's.And Fair Officiating (except that flop from pierce).I hope refs will do the same in the upocoming games.

Celtics really played with their heart, winning the game despite a 24p disadvantage.

And by the way , it was not sasha's fault on ray allen's basket ffs. Good defence means big players givin help when guards drive into the basket. You can't allow allen goin 1on1 for a layup on the most crucial play of the night.
C's are 80% champs , but i think that the future belongs to the lakers , with bynum and ariza ready for next season(s) , and experience for the young/new players of LA.

BTW, the Celtics did not get a single questionable call in this game. Not one.

So what? Better teams find a way to win games. Celtics have taken the 2 games your talking about and are showing they're the better team.

ITs never easy to be clutch. We have seen how difficult it is for LA to close out games. They needed a closer like Paul Pierce and they didn't have one.

Look---I know the fat lady hasn't sung yet...

I'm hardly a Celtics fan, but I'm left wondering; is this really the best the "Mighty West" can do?

And if the terrorists had struck just a couple of meters to the side, the twin towers wouldn't have fallen down.

lakers - bynum < celtics

lakers + bynum we'll have to see... he might be that 5 basket difference.
