Kobe does not attack the rim. Which is what makes his calls even more unbelievable. I wish Wade could shout "ARGH!!" any time he put up a stupid shot and the refs bail him out like Kobe. If that happened we wouldn't be risking Wade getting injured again. Wade has always had to the rim and draw a lot of contact if he wants to get a call.

Howard - he gets a lot of calls, but he doesn't embellish either. He never acts like he got pushed by Thor. He does however scream "HEEEYYY!" after he believes he got fouled.
Wade - don't touch this guy.
Hedo - He flails a lot and gets the call.
Lebron - like Wade, you pretty much aren't allowed to touch him.
Amare - anytime the guy flops, the refs calls a charge. It is unbelievably annoying.
Bosh - he is another one of these flailers who acts like he got hit by a truch when there was minimal contact.
Really, the refs have it tough with this sport. You can't see everything, so a lot of times they have to go by the end result, and a lot of players take advantage and do a little embellishing.

I think he was picking on that clip because it's a stutter step, and the only reason it looks like a travel is because it is in slow motion. If you do really fast stutter steps you can take a few steps without dribbling. Also when sprinting down the court, players don't take a dribble for each step they run, that would be quite wild.

Kevin Martin gets sick star treatement everytime he plays the Blazers. Its really frustrating to watch. D-Wistle also gets a lot of calls but it hasnt been as bad this year. It seems to me like Devin Harris is the new golden boy in NJ.
Guys like LeBron and Howard get calls but they also take a beating every game so I dont have a problem with them getting a few call just to keep guys off them, same with Shaq currently.

I'm not sure about this season as it is too early, but last season it was definitely Lebron and Kobe.

he doesnt get star treatment he drives to the basket and gets the correct calls.
the fact that he gets calls versus the blazers means nothing.
