dallas can do some damage w/ howard/marion at the 2/3. if one of them can play lock down or close to lock down defense it'll be hard for melo not to struggle vs them. denver's bench isnt much for scoring so its on their starting unit for offense, and i dont see denver adding much else to their roster, basically the same team as last year.

The same team that handled Dallas in the playoffs? Yep, that same team. Not sure Shawn Marion changes that.

I don't see why people seem to think Denver will be so much better than the Blazers. They finished with the exact same record last year, Portland has improved their roster while Denver's bench has taken hits without any real improvement anywhere else.

If Portland fans were as bad as people claim they'd be able to get number 1 seed no problem. It's in no way being homers for Portland to pick themselves over Denver, it's pretty realistic.
