It wasnt much because he didnt connect but had it connected like he was trying to then he could of seriously hurt demar. It was similar to the bertuzzi incident. So i think this deserves a 2 game suspension at the least

KG got 2 games for throwing a punch at Mcdyess. And that was in an actual fight, not a cheapshot.

That was a whole fight. Shove, thrown ball, escalation. Maybe Ariza will get suspended, but that was more than this.

LOL @ Bosh's half-hearted attempt to come over after Jack gets in Ariza's face.

He was on the best team in the East (arguably) when he charged the stands. I dont think That his team's level is what he thinks about when he is full with rage and a fan throws a beer on him.

What is this 2004? Ron's not a hothead like that anymore, his track record definitely hasn't been clean since 2004, but he's still improved himself as a person.

When he was 25.

He shouldn't have done it, but to me, it doesn't look like he was actually trying to hit him. If he wanted to hit him, he would have extended his arm. Instead, he tucked it in and sort of swung at the air. Either way he should be punished for it but I don't think he really wanted to hit him.

Again, this is the same thing that happened with him against Rudy.

It wasn't so much the play itself, as much as it was the reaction afterwards. He came up chest to chest with Jack trying to start more sh*t.

In the Rudy incident, he made a stupid foul, and then instead of showing some kind of remorse or restraint, he apparently taunted the Blazers (um, LA was down 30 at the time). That got Roy pissed and he went after Ariza.

This bitch is dirty.

Ron got berserk in that game. I dont think it has anything to do with his maturity. Something just snapped and he was no longer thinking (I mean like a disorder or something)...

This is not true relaly in either case. The players came up to him before he started acting tough.

Man, Ariza is incredibly lucky he didn't connect. That's easily a 10+ game suspension now days.

I'm pretty sure he tucked his arm to get more force on the punch, but that's just my assessment of the ordeal. :o

That trade will be horrible in the long term and will leave LA above the lux tax forever.

Stu Jackson will say it was, "an unnatural basketball act".........suspended for one game maybe. But he's never consistent, Bruce Bowen literally kicked guys faces and never missed games. Trev don't have much to worry about.
