Basically just vote on who you'd rather have. I will keep adding players either from nominations, or the most recent RealGM Top 100 list.

1 - Michael Jordan

Extended the pool out to 10 as people were already voting Magic with the first vote. If there's someone you want to nominate (for example, you'd rather have Jokić than any other of these players, you can vote for him in the comments, and if they have enough nominations, they will bump one of the least popular candidates off the next round.

The voting criteria is intentionally vague as everyone values different things. For me I'm interpreting it as if I was the GM or Owner of an NBA team.

I feel like this is a two horse race between Russell and Duncan. Both are great leaders that maximize the talent around them, while playing like a Goat candidate on the court. Slight edge to Russell
