Who wants to watch one guy dribble the ball 50 times then make an entry pass to a slightly open player. The modern league is good because it doesn't have one meh offensive player controlling everything because he 'knows the plays'. Either the ball moves along and lots of guys can make plays, or the guy controlling everything is an offensive dynamo like Luka.

That isn't an appropriate description of the player type involved, though. Or leastwise not all of them.
