Rasheed. Better defender, more mobile, more durable, and has the ability to stretch the defense (though can get in love with the 3).

Sheed easily. Shaq has a negative impact out there a lot of times.

Rasheed can still consistantly contribute in a winning effort, Shaq cannot.

Right now it's Sheed. Although I'm optimistic that Shaq will come back strong next year and surprise all the haters.

I think Shaq gets hated too much, he still draws a double when he gets it in the post BUT in this case, I'd take Rasheed just because he's the better defender and the mis-matches he creates on the offensive end is too much to pass up.

Just like what he was supposed to do this year right? Face it, Shaq's a year older next year and even crappier. He's done. Give me Rasheed right now and until both retire. Sheed's a threat on both sides of the floor.

I find Rasheed to be overrated..it's hard to take Disel though..he fouls too much and he's out of shape..I'd rather be able to take their contracts and use the $ on other players..
